Job Purpose:

Prepare & prep tractors, trailers, box trucks & other types of vehicles for applications of refinishing top coats. Prepping includes sanding scratches, removing visible imperfections, decal removal, washing vehicles & taping vehicles up for painting.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare properly repaired & primed parts/vehicles for final finishing application by using abrasives, power tools & hand tools as directed.
  2. Avoid over sanding & under sanding refinished parts/vehicles.
  3. Clean & remove all dust & other particles from repaired/refinish parts/vehicles prior to moving on to a finished product.
  4. Visibly demonstrate our safety commitment by following all safety & health procedures & modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate & support all safety activities aligned for safety excellence.
  5. Lift objects of various shape up to 75 lbs.
  6. Safely walk, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat & kneel as necessary to perform job duties.
  7. Perform duties as assigned.
  8. Prompt daily attendance of assigned schedule.
  9. Communicate with Department Manager on any vehicles & parts issues.
  10. Responsible for shop cleanliness.

Job Purpose:

Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections & preventive maintenance requirements, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments & keeping accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain equipment to customer/company standards.
  2. Maintain all aspects of equipment maintenance.
  3. Maintain the quality appearance of service truck as well as presenting yourself in a professional manner & appearance.
  4. Manage inventory control on the service truck & keep the vehicle properly stocked
  5. Check with Department Manager & Dispatcher for any assigned duties on daily basis.
  6. Maintain availability for after hours service calls and be available for a open work schedule (very seldom).
  7. Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, installing, welding, inspecting & using your skills & knowledge to the best of your ability.
  8. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  9. Keep accurate & updated paperwork, always get signed permission to perform work, hand billing paperwork into Dispatcher for processing every 2 days.
  10. Lift objects of various shape up to 75 lbs.
  11. Prompt daily attendance of assigned schedule.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting in purchasing, ordering, receiving, billing, returning/credit & organizational of all incoming repair parts & resale. Responsible for monitoring, stocking, inventory of present & incoming repair parts & merchandise.


Essential Job Functions:

  1. Maintain vendor reference material database.
  2. Review parts request forms for complete information & signature.
  3. Place order for parts & merchandise in a timely fashion after researching for best price & delivery schedule based on each departments needs.
  4. Maintain purchase orders, price & status.
  5. Place follow up calls as required.
  6. Maintain stock on hand to support expected needs without overstocking.
  7. Provide technical support.
  8. Provide professional & accurate communication with vendors & in-house departments.
  9. All parts received & in inventory must be added on to work order upon receiving parts & technicians billing for parts/materials.
  10. Assist in parts sales to walk in customers; setting up new customers in computer system; assist in cash customers out.
  11. Maintain a neat & orderly appearance and work area.
  12. Abide by all Company policies.
  13. Heavy Lifting, reaching, and climbing a ladder is a MUST
  14. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
  15. Prompt daily attendance of assigned schedule.
  16. Other related work as required & assigned.

  7. Responsible for shop cleanliness, safety & compliance.
  8. Apply knowledge & work in accordance with DOT & other rules as required.
  9. Follow company policy & procedures in making all repairs.
